IDC Thailand is proud to present “Thailand ICT Business Review 2011: A Year of Bright and Shiny".

The adoption of ICT in enterprise and consumer has been recognized in 2010. Hence, ICT spending continues to grow from the recovery year and expect to shine in 2011. Some emerging technologies and related activities like social networking platforms, system infrastructure upgrade, Cloud computing, 3G investment as well as Verticalization strategy from IT Services Providers (ITSPs) will remain a crucial driver to support strong growth. IDC believes that Thailand’s ICT market will sustain growth in ICT spending from these emerging technologies and activities.

Based on our Top 10 Predictions for 2011, both buyers (enterprises and consumers) and sellers (ITSPs and IT Vendors) will strongly contribute to overall ICT market health. Currently, IDC is witnessing about 5 predictions already occurring in the ICT market.
